This hotel is in a great location, but the room itself was disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
Our room was quite tired and needed some refurbishment. The bathroom was extremely small and the overall condition of the room could be considered below standard for a 5 star hotel.
Service

The staff were friendly and pleasant when we arrived, but less helpful during the check-out process when I raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness.
Location

The location is fantastic - very close to the city center, making it easy to explore Bath.
Dining

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special and certainly not 5-star worthy.
Facilities

The hotel is a charming old building, but some facilities are dated and require updating. The cleanliness of the room is a major concern.

My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary! The location was perfect for exploring Bath, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was a bit small, but the garden was a lovely touch.

Rooms

Our room was smaller than expected but beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds and access to a private garden which was a real plus. A bit disappointing that some minor maintenance issues like a broken curtain were present.
